Sub-processors

To provide Kanros Cloud, CC Conceptualise GmbH engages a small number of sub-processors that may process personal data on our behalf. Customer data (traces, eval results, red-team reports) is stored and processed only in Microsoft Azure’s Italy North region in the EU; Clerk receives account identity data and Stripe receives billing data. Each sub-processor is bound by data-protection obligations substantially equivalent to those in our Data Processing Addendum, and we remain responsible for their performance.

Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary measures, as described in the DPA.
Change notifications
We will provide reasonable prior notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor so that customers can review and, where they have reasonable data-protection grounds, object. To subscribe to sub-processor change notifications, email support@kanros.dev with the subject “Subscribe to sub-processor notifications”, and we will notify you of updates to this page.
Note on LLM providers
The kanros CLI runs on your own infrastructure and connects only to the model providers you configure. Those providers are not our sub-processors — you choose them, and your relationship with them is governed by their own terms. The sub-processors listed above relate only to the hosted Kanros Cloud service.
